How much money can interPRO save me?
InterPRO is able to save our clients as much money as possible on their cabinet projects. Our streamlined ordering and inventory processes, superior buying power, and lack of physical showroom space allows us to sell our cabinetry at a greater discount than home centers, without sparing any quality! It has been said that two things limit kitchen renovations: your imagination, and your pocket book. InterPRO can provide you with the kitchen of your dreams without the price tag!
Will interPRO help design my kitchen?
Yes, interPRO Cabinets houses experienced Cabinet Design Consultants that can help make design suggestions to create the perfect kitchen to fit your unique space, including only the features you want in your kitchen. If you have already received a design from a home center or kitchen dealership, we will be happy to provide you with a quote of our own to show you the savings to be had by working with interPRO. Simply contact interPRO and you will be assigned a personal Cabinet Design Consultant for your specific cabinet project.
What information does interPRO need to provide me with my quote?
In order to furnish your quote, your Cabinet Design Consultant will need a) accurate room dimensions b) your selections. Simply visit our How-To section and download our the easy to follow, step-by-step guides. The "How-To Measure" guide includes information on how to accurately measure your unique space, and include all the dimensions your Cabinet Design Consultant needs to design your kitchen. The "Selections and Options" guide lets you make your selections, and showcases the features and options available in your interPRO kitchen.
How do I pay for my cabinets?
InterPRO accepts certified cheques, bank drafts, and most major credit cards. Cabinet orders require a down payment equal to 50% of the total invoice, with the remaining 50% due just prior to cabinet delivery.
What is the delivery time for my new cabinets?
Your cabinets are custom made as per our specifications and delivered directly from the manufacturer. Delivery time for your cabinets is dependant upon the cabinet line you choose. At a minimum, your custom designed cabinet project will take 4 to 5 week delivery from date of order.
How much is the shipping and delivery charge?
The delivery charge for your cabinets is dependent upon two factors: your location, and the size of your cabinetry project. Typical delivery charge ranges from $100-$300. When you receive your interPRO quote associated costs will be outlined so that there are no unwelcome surprises, allowing you to make an informed purchase decision.
How is the cabinetry shipped?
Cabinetry is shipped via trailer to our warehouse in Guelph, ON. We receive our cabinetry in full, palletized trailer loads, which keeps any possible damage to a minimum. Cabinets are then sorted by order, and full orders are sent from our warehouse directly to your job site.
How do I install my Cabinetry?
InterPRO Cabinets recommends that you use an experienced professional kitchen installer to install your cabinetry. If you are not, or do not have access to an experienced kitchen installer, your Cabinet Design Consultant can supply you with a list of interPRO recommended installers* in you area.

What do I do in case of warranty?
Every precaution is undertaken to avoid damage to your cabinetry and that full shipments are delivered to site, however, in the rare case that a part is damaged during shipment or a part is backordered, your replacement will be placed in priority sequence and purolated directly from the manufacturer to your home or job site.
